At Naked Nutrition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to assist you. Below you will find detailed information about our return and refund process designed to make it simple and straightforward.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- The item is not listed as a final sale product (these are clearly marked on the product page).
- The item is returned within 30 days of receipt.
Important: Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Email us at NtiamoahChristine457@gmail.com or fill out the contact form on our website. Be sure to include your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.
- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to send back your item.
- Ship Your Item: Once you have received your RA number, securely package the item—preferably in its original packaging—and ship it back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee safe delivery.
Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for paying these fees unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it can take 7-10 business days for your refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Processing Time and Shipping Duration
Returns are processed within 2-4 business days of receipt. Shipping time for all deliveries is typically 7-15 business days unless otherwise specified.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a description and photos of the issue. We will gladly offer you a full refund or exchange at no additional cost.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges for the same item in a different variant, provided the item is unused and returned within 30 days. Follow the standard return process and once we receive your returned item, we will send out your exchange.
Non-Refundable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Intimate apparel and swimwear unless unworn and with tags attached
Final Sale Items
Certain products are marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Order Cancellations
